We will meet with you to discuss the following:
- Territory
- Institution Types
- Products on Offer
- Pricing Plans available
- Credit Period offered to Rukula
- Institutional exclusivity
If approved, your sales team will be trained in Rukula Process Flow for Group Sales.
For Each Sale:-
- Request Prior Written Approval for each sale stating Pricing Plan to be offered. All sales must offer only ONE pricing plan.
- Approval will be given for a specific value of sales
- We will attend your first sale if requested.
- You are responsible for adhering to all documentation and process requirements.
- It is mandatory that products are handed over to group sale customers no later than 24hrs after the sale is completed.
- Send invoice and required documentation to Rukula Sales.
- If all documentation is in order, we will settle invoices in line with Pricing Plan and associated credit terms.
